We create homes where people can experience the unique nature of Okinawa’s subtropical climate. We strive to create spaces where residents can feel the changing rhythms of nature each day—the movement of the wind and the play of light. We aim to build homes where people can live with light and breeze, and where the character of the home deepens over time. This is the foundation of energy-efficient housing that lives in harmony with nature.

Under the theme “Light, Wind, and Place,” we have pursued architecture that coexists with nature while responding to the climate and local character of Okinawa, located in Southeast Asia. For each project, I believe the work represents the most appropriate answer—one that derives a rational and creative solution through a free approach, without being bound by preconceived ideas or fixed concepts.
